Objectives & Strategy

The goal for each FCCS student is that they excel in intellectual preparedness, Christian discipleship, servant leadership and cultural influence. FCCS will strive to achieve these objectives by implementing the following strategies:

Intellectual Preparedness: college preparatory academic program designed to intellectually prepare students for higher education and/or professional careers with high levels of cultural and professional influence

  • Meet or exceed state curriculum standards
  • Low student-to-teacher ratios
  • Strong academic advising and accountability
  • Regular proficiency testing

Servant Leadership: emphasis on the principle of servant leadership and the example of Christ

  • Quarterly service projects within Flagstaff
  • Ministry/volunteer group involvement
  • For secondary grades, annual service projects outside the Flagstaff community

Christian Discipleship: students armed with Spiritual and Biblical truths

  • Bible study
  • Scripture memory
  • Mentoring
  • Small group and accountability partners
  • Church alliances

Cultural Influence: prepared to communicate the Biblical worldview with clarity, persuasion, integrity and authenticity
