Here is a blank copy of the optional lunch order form. This is due on Friday for the upcoming week of school. Please place lunch money and order form in an envelope. This form does not include days off of school. Here are some things to keep in mind:

If there is no school on Friday, lunch orders are due on Monday.

Lunches will not be ordered for No School days.
